Privacy Policy
How we handle information you share through this website. Effective July 31, 2026.
Information we collect
The online consultation form is not currently connected to a delivery service, so information entered there is not transmitted to or stored by the firm. If the form is activated, it will collect the information you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, a broad description of your matter, preferred office, and preferred language. Please do not send confidential documents, financial-account numbers, government identifiers, or opposing-party materials through this website.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, and determine whether the firm can assist you. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
The website is served as static pages. No third-party form-delivery or visitor-analytics provider is enabled in the current website configuration. This policy will be updated to name and describe any provider before those services are activated.
Storage and retention
Consultation requests are retained only as long as necessary to respond and, where a matter proceeds, as required for the firm's records and applicable professional obligations. Test submissions are deleted after verification.
Cookies and browser storage
This site uses a small amount of browser session storage to remember whether you have already seen the opening animation, so it doesn't replay on every visit. This stays on your device and is cleared when you close the browser.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. For anything sensitive or urgent, please call us rather than using the form.
